Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, although quite old and dark, offered the best view in the entire city. The service was superb, and the location was excellent, right at the base of the historic city. The dining experience was up to standard, and the facilities were great.
The hotel offers a fabulous view of the entire city from the rooms, although they are a bit old. The service is sweet and helpful, with convenient access to the historic center. The location is perfect, being near the escalator to the Old Town. The dining experience could be better compared to the past, but the traditional homemade products were delicious.
The hotel offers amazing views from the rooms, but they are quite old and dark inside. The service is fantastic, with staff doing their utmost to help and advise. The location is excellent, right at the base of the city and near a travellator to the historic center. The dining could be a little better, not as good as it used to be, with seasonal dishes available.
I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views from my room, easily the best in the entire city. The room was quite nice, although it had a slightly old charm to it. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly sweet and helpful, especially in guiding me to the car parking area. The location was just perfect, being right across from the escalators leading to the main city. Dining was a delightful experience, and the Irish soda bread was a treat.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a balcony with a beautiful view, but they were quite old, not very clean, and felt dark and cold inside. The service was friendly and accommodating, but I found it odd that they always closed the hot water valve during the crisis. The location was convenient, near the escalator to the historic center, but the private parking for 8 euros required a reservation. The dining was up to standard, but not as good as it was a decade ago.
The hotel offers stunning views of the entire city from the rooms, though they are a bit old. The service is sweet and helpful, and the location is perfect with easy access to the old town. The dining experience is good, but there may be room for improvement. The facilities are adequate, offering a comfortable stay.
The hotel is positioned in a prime location at the base of the city, near escalators leading up to the old town, and with a private parking option available for a reservation fee. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with directions to the car parking area, and they made an effort to assist in every possible way. The dining experience, however, fell short of expectations for a three-star hotel, lacking in quality and variety compared to past experiences. The rooms, although showing signs of aging and being old-style, were quiet and faced the backyard, albeit slightly dark inside. The facilities were reported to be below standard, indicative of aging infrastructure.
The hotel offers a beautiful view from the balcony and though the rooms are a bit old and not very clean, the view of the entire city makes up for it. The service is extremely helpful, with sweet and helpful staff guiding you, and being only a ten-minute walk to the old hill city. The location, with a private parking option for 8 euros, is one of the most relevant things to visit Perugia, offering easy access to the historical center. The dining experience is excellent, with delicious options including fresh boiled eggs. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a fabulous view from my room, although the aging of the property was showing. The lack of AC was compensated by the two electric fans provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they felt quite old-style and dark inside. The service was nice and friendly, especially with helping us find the car parking area. The location is excellent, right at the base of the city with easy access to the historic center. The dining options were not as good as they used to be, but overall, it was still up to standard for a three-star hotel.
